*All participants need to bring their own yoga mat and fitball. Quality fitballs are available from us at competitive prices - please do not go out and buy from a discount store if you do not have a fitball.
We are back at the Church venue!!
There is still plenty of Room on ZOOM.
On-line sessions will still be available - a great way to keep moving in the safety of your own home.

Face to face training at the Church:
$15 per session (pre-booked for the full term) $18 Casual.
Interactive On-line sessions via a Zoom link up will be $13 per session pre-booked for the full term.
Sessions run for approximately 45 minutes, with the Lesson Plan sent to you
before each class.
Tuesday 5:00pm Fun in the late afternoon - ZOOM - open to Wise Women and the MOB
with a few spaces available in the Room
A popular afternoon session.
Friday 8:00am Book early to secure a space in the Hall . . . . Zoom spots also available.

Friday 9:30am Some Occasional Casual spaces available in the Hall.
